Abhranil Kundu is an Assistant Professor of English in the Department of Applied Science and Humanities at Haldia Institute of Technology. Prior to joining Haldia Institute of Technology, he earned an M. A. and an M.Phil. degree in English from The University of Burdwan. He is currently pursuing Ph.D. in English. His areas of interest include Travel literature, English Romantic and Gothic literature, Shakespeare"s time and stage, diaspora studies, ecocriticism, nature writing, film studies, linguistics and phonetics. He has attended and presented papers at several national and international seminars and conferences.
