My name is Samik Bagchi, currently working as an Assistant Professor in the department of MBA since August 2024. My permanent residence is Durgapur. My father is a retired Government Service executive, and my mother is a homemaker. Completed my schooling from A.G Church School, Durgapur. Completed my MBA from IBMT Bangalore in 2007-08, with a specialisation in Finance. Currently, I am pursuing my phd in HRM Domain from Lingayas Vidyapeeth in Faidabad. My strength is my sincerity, simplicity, and dedication. I had participated in a small skit during my college days. I love making new friends and motivating others to make them happy. I have spent my childhood in a joint family. During my teenager I love drawing and painting.
