Wendrila Biswas is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the School of Management and Social Science at Haldia Institute of Technology, West Bengal. Her research interests focus on Industrial Relations, Ethics, Human Resource Development and industrial psychology. She has been invited to various college and associations for conducting faculty development program and as a keynote speaker. She has been a resource person at a workshop for Association of Development for Economic & Social Help (ADESH), Dhaka, Bangladesh. She has received IMRF Young Researcher Award in Management from International Multidisciplinary Research Foundation, Mysuru in 2019. A book entitled Ethics, Values and Indian Ethos (New Age International) has been authored by her. Her research articles have been published in Scopus and ABDC journals with Wiley, Inderscience, Sage, Emerald and Elsevier.
