Dilip Dey received the B.Tech. degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Calcutta in 1991, and then he received the M.Tech. and PhD degrees in electrical engineering from University of Calcutta, India, in 1993 and 2010 respectively. He works as Project Engineering about eight years in Development Constant Ltd. (India) and The Kuljian Corporation (USA). He has teaching experience about 26 years, presently he is working as Professor (Electrical Engineering) and Dean (School of Engineering) in Haldia Institute of Technology (India). His research interest is fault analysis of Induction motor by AI technique. He has 27 journal and conference publications, two book chapter, one book and three patents in subject of his interests.
