Mr. Nayan Manna, an academician with over 12 years of experience in teaching. He currently serves as an Assistant Professor at Haldia Institute of Technology. He is currently pursuing Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering at Jadavpur University, Kolkata. He completed his Master of Engineering in Electrical Engineering with specialization in Power System from Jadavpur University. He is a Certified Energy Manager accredited by the Bureau of Energy Efficiency, Ministry of Power, Government of India, and a GEM Certified Professional by ASSOCHAM, India. His professional contributions include serving on multiple academic and technical committees, such as being an external expert for project evaluations, departmental advisory boards, and examination panels. His active involvement in educational innovation includes being an evaluator for the Ministry of Education’s Innovation Cell and a member of the NEAT 3.0 Expert Evaluation Committee under AICTE. He has also played significant organizational roles in IEEE conferences and technical festivals and has coordinated industry-focused training programs in collaboration with TATA Steel.
