Dipak Samanta completed Ph.D. degree from Instrumentation and Electronics Engineering Department, Jadavpur University, Kolkata, India. Obtained his B-Tech degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Haldia Institute of Technology in the year 2007 and received the Master’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Heritage Institute of Technology, Kolkata, India in the year 2011. He is currently Assistant Professor in the department of ECE of Haldia Institute of Technology, Haldia, India. His research interest includes Cognitive Radio, Wireless Networking, NOMA, IRS.
