Dr. Sunanda Jana is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Haldia Institute of Technology, with over 15 years of teaching and academic experience. She earned her Ph.D. from the University of Calcutta in 2025, with research interests in AI-based optimization, Sudoku computing models, cryptography, and secure multimedia systems. She holds an M.Tech from Berhampur University and B.Tech from Biju Patnaik University of Technology. She has published more than 20 research papers in reputed journals and conferences and holds four patents. A Senior Member of IEEE and member of IAENG. She actively contributes to research, innovation, and academic.
