I am pursuing my PhD in English Literature from Lincoln University College, Malaysia, where my research explores the dynamic intersections of war, migration, identity formation, and cultural negotiation within South Asian diasporic experiences. My doctoral work investigates pre- and post-war internationalism, plurality, and the shifting roots and routes of South Asian diasporas within the Western ethnic mosaic, with a particular focus on the literary contributions of Kamila Shamsie.
My lecturing experience in HIT spans a diverse range of courses, including English Language and Technical Communication, Language Laboratory, Soft Skills and Personality Development, Effective Technical Communication, Group Discussion, Personality Development and Career Counselling, and Values and Ethics. In each of these subjects, I adopt interactive pedagogies—facilitation techniques, activity-based learning, case studies, simulations, and reflective practices—that help students meaningfully internalize communication strategies and ethical frameworks.
