I am Dr. Aktar Seikh. I am working as an Assistant Professor at Haldia Institute of Technology. I have completed the PhD degree in Mathematics from Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, Shibpur. I have completed M.Sc. in Mathematics from Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, Shibpur and B.Sc. (Honours) in Mathematics from Krishnath College (under the University of Kalyani) with first class in both of the degree courses. I have also qualified in GATE 2018 and 24th WB SET examinations.
My research work is based on generalized thermoelasticity and propagation of Rayleigh waves. Till now, I have four international publications in esteemed journals.
