I have completed my masters degree in the subject of Physics. Then I have completed my PhD in the topic of semiconductor heterostructures. During my phd period I have gained expertise in growth and characterization of epitaxial thin films using MOVPE. During my post doctoral project I worked in GIXS beamline of Indus 2 synchrotron source. During this period I have gained expertise in the Hrxrd technique. My research work led to around 10 journal articles and 5 conference papers.
