Tapas Saha is an academician and researcher with a strong commitment to teaching and student mentorship in Computer Science and Engineering. He served as a Guest Faculty at Pondicherry University (2018–2019), teaching Computer Networks, Automata Theory and Formal Languages, Compiler Design, Java, and Python to M.Sc. and MCA students. He worked as a Teaching Assistant at Tezpur University (2019–2024), contributing to the instruction of B.Tech, MCA, and M.Tech programs. He also served as a Trainer/Resource Person for the program “Hands-on Learning IoT using Arduino” at the School of Engineering, Tezpur University (2022). Since August 2024, he has been working at Haldia Institute of Technology, actively engaged in teaching and academic responsibilities. He emphasizes conceptual clarity, problem-solving, and application-oriented learning, integrating theory with practical examples and real-world case studies. As an active PhD researcher in 5G mMTC networks, he brings current research insights into the classroom.
