I have done M.Sc. (2003) in Biotechnology from Visva-Bharati University, M.Tech (2006) in Biotechnology from Jadavpur University and worked as SRF in an ICMR funded project from 2006 to 2009 at Visva-Bharati University. Then I joined as a lecturer (Feb, 2010) at Department of Biotechnology, Haldia Institute of Technology, Haldia. I completed my Ph.D during April, 2014. I was promoted to Associate Professor from 2019, April. I have expertise in the field of Microbial Technology, Food Biotechnology. I have published some research papers, book chapters related these topics.
