Ms. Deepa Goswami has completed her PhD thesis in the Chemical Engineering Department of Jadavpur University, Kolkata. She received her B.Tech (Biotechnology) and M.Tech (Biotechnology) degree from Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal. She has worked as a Project Assistant and Research Assistant in the Chemical Engineering Department of Jadavpur University, Kolkata. She qualified the Joint CSIR-UGC-NET in Life Science (Lectureship) with an All India Rank (AIR) of 38. She also qualified GATE exam in Biotechnology. She is currently working in the field of Bioremediation, Wastewater treatment and Biofuel production. She has presented her research works at several International conferences. She has published book chapters and research papers in international journals.
