About Bipradas Bairagi

Dr. Bipradas Bairagi is an Assistant Professor at Haldia Institute of Technology, an autonomous institute under Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal, India. He earned his B.E., M.E., and Ph.D. degrees from Jadavpur University, Kolkata. With over 17 years of teaching and research experience. He has taught core subjects including Operations Research, Engineering Economics, Design of Machine Elements, Theory of Machines and Machine Tool Systems. His research interests include Production Management, soft computing, fuzzy MCDM, and manufacturing systems. He has authored 44 research publications in reputed international journals and leading publishers, with over 700 citations and an h-index of 12. He has guided several MTech dissertations and is presently supervising a Ph.D. scholar. Dr. Bairagi is a member of The Institution of Engineers (India).
