Dr. Soumen Kanrar currently works as a professor at the Department of Information Technology at Haldia Institute of Technology. Soumen is doing research in computer communications (networks), artificial intelligence and algorithms, data analytics, and natural language processing. His current projects are ‘Stream data classification,’ ‘Target location,’ and ‘Data analytics.’ Soumen also works as an honorable advisor at the Research and Development division at Vlenzor Technology. Soumen has experience in both industry and academia. He is also a reviewer for Springer Nature journals and international conferences.
