Dr. Tilak Mukherjee has about 22 years of rich teaching experience in reputed engineering institutions across North and South India in different academic roles, and presently serving as Associate Professor in ECE Dept., Haldia Institute of Technology, Haldia, West Bengal since 2015. His academic journey includes B.E. (Hons.) in ECE under Burdwan University, M.Tech (Distinction) in ECE under JNTU Hyderabad, Ph.D. (Engg.) under Brainware University, Kolkata along with being qualified for UGC-NET. His expertise spans Nonlinear Optics, Communication Systems, and RF & Microwave Engineering. He is actively involved in FDPs, STTPs, NPTEL MOOCs, Conferences, OBE and NBA related activities, mentoring, and various academic committees. He has published over 18 journals, 12 conference papers, 5 book chapters along with 4 patents. With a strong commitment to teaching pedagogy and research, he strives to promote teaching-learning and impactful research in the broad ECE domain as an individual as well as team in a leading academic environment.
