Dr. Surajit Mukherjee is an Assistant Professor in the ECE Department at Haldia Institute of Technology, a role he has held since 2010. He earned his Ph.D. from the Central Institute of Technology, Kokrajhar (2025), following an M.Tech from the University of Burdwan and a B.Tech from WBUT. Specializing in RF, microwave, and antenna design, Dr. Mukherjee has authored over 20 publications, including journals and Springer book chapters. His research focuses on ultra-wideband (UWB) antennas, frequency selective surfaces, and patch antennas for X/Ku band applications. A member of the IETE, he actively contributes to the scholarly community as a reviewer for journals such as Physics Open and SLAS Technology. His expertise is widely recognized through his contributions to IEEE-related conferences and a strong presence in Scopus and ORCID databases.
