Mrs. Razia Sultana is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Haldia Institute of Technology, West Bengal, India. She received her M.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Haldia Institute of Technology in 2013. She has more than 12 years of teaching experience.

Her areas of expertise include VLSI Design, Digital Electronics, and IoT-based intelligent systems. Her research interests focus on low-power VLSI architectures, edge computing, AI-enabled IoT systems, and biomedical signal processing. She has published several research papers in reputed international journals and conferences and holds multiple patents in the areas of healthcare analytics and IoT systems. She is also actively engaged in guiding student projects and contributing to academic and research activities of the institution.
