Started career with ANZ Grindlays Bank. Switched to teaching profession on August 1998. Was associated with ISM Ranchi, SMIT Sikkim. Continuing at HIT since March 2005. Worked as coordinator of the entrepreneurship development cell at SMIT and as HOD in MBA Dept. at HIT for 5 years. Expertise is in the field of Finance related papers in MBA specially in the field of Capital Market, Financial Services, Portfolio Management. Published patents, journals, book chapters etc. Have long teaching experience in MBA and B.Tech (Various Management related papers). Acted as Ph.D thesis evaluator at neotia University, DRC member at Brainware University.
