Souvik Dutta is an Assistant Professor in Electrical Engineering with over eight years of teaching experience. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering at the National Institute of Technology, Durgapur. He holds an M.Tech in Electrical Devices and Power Systems and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering. His research interests include automatic and adaptive load frequency control, optimization algorithms, renewable energy integration, power system stability, and machine learning applications in power systems. He has published several research papers in reputed international conferences and journals, including Springer and IEEE, and is a co-inventor of two granted Indian patents in AI-based monitoring and healthcare technologies. He is an NPTEL Elite and Elite+Silver certificate holder.
