About

Himanshu Ranjan Das earned his M.Tech. degree in Electronics Engineering from Pondicherry University (A Central University), India, in 2015. He subsequently completed his Ph.D. in 2021 from the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, School of Technology, North-Eastern Hill University (A Central University), India. He is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Haldia Institute of Technology, India. His research focuses on silicon photonics and optoelectronic devices, with particular interest in the design and analysis of integrated photonic components for advanced communication and sensing applications.
