Dr. Bappaditya Das is a dedicated academician and researcher in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. His research work focused on Deep Learning, particularly in developing intelligent systems for crop disease detection and precision agriculture. He has published several research papers reflecting both methodological innovation and practical relevance. He has almost 25 years of teaching experience. He holds a PhD in Computer Science and Engineering. He received his B.Tech. and M.Tech. degrees in Computer Science & Engineering from the University of Calcutta, West Bengal, India, in 2001 and 2007, respectively. He completed his B.Sc. in Physics (Hons) from the University of Calcutta, West Bengal, India, in 1998. He received the National Award under the National Scholarship Scheme (1998-99) from the MHRD, Government of India, for his exceptional academic performance.
